I have mixed feelings about this place, please allow me to explain. I went in there about 2 weeks before I bought my bike to get some plugs for a buddy of mines bike and I noticed a nice 04 kat 750 sitting on the showroom floor. I went over and noticed that it had some shipping damage on it but I still liked it very much. A few weeks later I went back with my father and some of his cop buddies just to look around and it was still there, we started talking to the sales guy (scott) and we ended up getting a brand new kat 750 for $6,399 and they promised to replace all of the damage on my bike for free. Well I have had my bike for about 3 weeks now and they had yet to order the parts for it until 2 days ago when my dad finally got pissed off, went up there and bitched at them, and got me a $100 dollar credit to their store and free oil changes. All in all they are nice people to your face and you can get a pretty good deal on some bikes there but I think that they either procrastinate or hope that you will give up on trying to get them to fix something.I give them a 5 out of 10 on the "cool business guy" scale.

we all doing our jobs here. dealer wants to sell and make money, buyer is looking for the best deal possible

but the rule is, a promise is a promise

they did not do whats promised as part of the deal, thats a breach of contract, you have a good case at any civil/small-claim courts

$100 + oil change is not enough. bitch at them and ask for another $100 every week til they give you the repairs

they will not give you another $100. just some pressure those liars need

Make the offer to them that you will order the parts, they give you the money instead. ;)

I bitched at them and they ordered the parts and currently are installing them on my bike free of charge and doing a free 600 mile checkup. :)
