Has any used any good vinyl repair glue? I tore a tiny flap in my newly re-covered seat this morning with one of the quick-lace grommets on my boot It didn't go all the way through to the fabric though, which is why I'm hoping I can just use something to re-attach it. TIA!

Personally I have never repaired a vinyl seat - I have recovered more than a couple - but never repaired a minor tear.

I found the following products/kits from Permatex - a sealant/gasket/lubrication company whose products I frequently use.

I can vouch for the Permatex Pro Style repair kit. I did a small tear repair on the Superhawk's seat, and it's still holding up. If you do use Permatex, just be very patient and follow the directions to the letter, and you'll get a good looking repair that will last.

Clean it with IPA (Isopropyl alcohol) before you do the test, as your vinyl has lots of surface area that will trap dirt and make your prduct not adhere as well.

I'll pick some up at lunch today. Thanks again!
