This is the route I took B00tlace on and is a good way to spend 5-6 hours of your day. You can expect lots of curves....most of which are blind.

Start on S.R. 25 north out of G-Town.
East (right) onto 32 to Sadieville..continue to 27.
North (left) onto 27 to Cynthiana
East (right) onto S.R. 62 out of Cynthiana
North (left) onto 19 ... nice sweeping curves.

West (right) onto 10....this is wear things start to get very interesting......pay close attention to signs....there is a marked 15 mph curve and I highly recommend one slows to 15 for it. The turns are plentyful as well as tiny little hills that crest in the apex of the turns.....if you're carrying enough speed you might find youself getting airborn and landing in the opposite lane.

West (left) onto 22 and ride into Falmouth...crazy twisty
North (right) onto 27 and take out of Falmouth
West (left) onto 22 again and take into Williamstown...crazy twisty
South (left) onto 25
West (right) onto 36 and then immediately into Shell gas station for a rest and or pee break

Continue West on 36... nice sweepers
West (left) onto 22 .... nice sweepers
South (left) onto 227 south ... twisty sweepers
227 into Stamping Ground, get fuel at Citgo

North (right) onto 227 out of citgo
West (left) onto 368...sweepers
North (right) onto 127
West (left) onto 355
355 turns into 22 in Gratz.....keep left when it forks and cross the KY river.
South (left) onto 389....you'll be passing a gravel quary on this road....be ware.
West (right) onto 561....later 561 forks left...take it.
South (left) onto 421.....sweepers turning into twisties as you decend into Frankfort.

Left at stoplight
Left at next stoplight.
Drive a few miles and exit onto 127 north...(left at end of ramp)
North-ish (right) onto 1900
East (right) onto 1262
Left onto 1688
Right onto 227
Left onto 460 back into Georgetown.

what this section for some loops in southeast oh/ northern wv. if i don't post them first, i'm sure garry will. most of the ohio roads that are hit from folks around here are in the new martinsville wv area and north.

Did you post this in the wrong place Eric? I can move it to the place you intended if so.

Posted by: natrona848

no, i don't think so... clay mentioned loops into ohio and such and i just said that someone will post some of the oh/wv routes that pitt folks use so he can see where those roads are and incorporate them if he likes. just making conversation. not sure where the confusion came from.
